Job summary

CommonSpirit Health seeks a CT Technologist to capture high-quality diagnostic images, enabling radiologists to diagnose conditions accurately and efficiently. You will create cross-sectional images of the skeleton, tissues, and organs while ensuring a comforting patient experience throughout the imaging process.

You will perform image quality checks, adhere to ALARA and safety standards, and assist during invasive procedures when needed, maintaining regulatory compliance and a patient-first

Qualifications

• Graduate of Radiologic Technology program.
• BLS from the American Heart Association to be obtained within 30 days of start date.
• Registered Technologist Radiography ARRT.
• North Dakota MIRT license.

Responsibilities

• Diagnostic Imaging: Produce high-quality cross-sectional images for radiologist interpretation.
• Patient-Centered Care: Explain procedures, verify consent, ensure comfort.
• Interventional Assistance: Support physicians during invasive procedures with aseptic technique.
• Safety & Radiation Protection: Follow ALARA, Image Gently/Wisely, MR safety protocols.
• Equipment & Quality Assurance: Calibrate equipment and perform QC tests per ACR standards.
• Regulatory Compliance: Maintain knowledge of CMS, Joint Commission, and state regulations.
