Job summary

Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to produce high-quality radiographs and assist with CT imaging under Radiologist supervision. The role requires adherence to safety guidelines and flexibility to staff multiple locations and shifts.

Qualifications include accreditation in radiography, Florida license, ARRT registrations, and BLS certification. One year of experience preferred; associate degree or higher encouraged.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an Accredited Radiography Program.
• One year of experience as a Radiologic Technologist preferred.
• Associate degree or above preferred.
• License in Radiography (R) within Florida.
• ARRT registration in Radiography.
• ARRT registration in Computed Tomography (CT) within 18 months of start date.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 90 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality radiographic images that meet Mayo Clinic standards and safety guidelines.
• Knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and CT imaging; operate a variety of equipment.
• Perform Biopsies and Procedures under direct supervision of a Radiologist.
• Foster teamwork and effective communication; manage patient flow and throughput.
