Job summary

Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to produce high-quality medical images following CT protocols and safety standards.

The role requires proficiency with multiple imaging equipment, knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team to optimize patient care. On-call duties are required as determined by CT Leadership, and licensure in Radiography (R) and ARRT registrations are expected within specified timelines.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an Accredited Radiography Program.
• One year of experience as a Radiologic Technologist preferred.
• Associate degree or above preferred.
• License in Radiography (R) within Florida
• ARRT registration in Radiography
• ARRT registration in Computed Tomography (CT) within 18 months of start date.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 90 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Produce high quality images meeting Mayo Clinic standards.
• Operate a variety of radiology equipment.
• Foster teamwork through effective communication.
• Work independently and in a team to manage patient flow and staffing needs.
• On Call hours required as determined by CT Leadership.
