Job summary

Mayo Clinic in Florida seeks a Radiologic Technologist to produce high-quality diagnostic images, assist with CT procedures, and support patient care under supervision. The role requires flexibility to staff multiple locations and shifts, including on-call hours.

Minimum education includes completion of an accredited radiography program with Florida licensure. ARRT registrations and BLS within 90 days are required or preferred, with up to a year of experience in radiography.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an Accredited Radiography Program.
• One year of experience as a Radiologic Technologist preferred.
• Associate degree or above preferred.
• License in Radiography (R) within Florida.
• ARRT registration in Radiography.
• ARRT registration in Computed Tomography (CT) within 18 months of start date.
• BLS required within 90 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Produce high quality images that meet radiology standards.
• Operate a variety of radiology equipment; CT knowledge preferred.
• Perform Biopsies and Procedures under direct supervision.
• Foster teamwork through effective communication.
• Maintain safety guidelines for patients, staff, and self.
• Staff at various locations and shifts; on-call hours required.
