A leading recovery hospital in San Diego is seeking a CT Technologist to join their team. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly rate ranging from $50 to $70. Responsibilities include preparing patients for procedures, operating a CT scanner, and monitoring for adverse events. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience as a registered radiologic technologist, a current state license, and ARRT or CMRT certification. Formación

• At least 2 years experience as a registered radiologic technologist with a current state license.
• At least 1 year as a CT technologist (not including school).
• Must have ARRT or CMRT certification.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Current with continuing education in all fields of licensure.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare patients for diagnostic procedures by explaining the process.
• Use proper positioning to produce quality diagnostic studies.
• Operate a CT scanner to produce cross-sectional images.
• Administer contrast media as directed.
• Monitor patients for adverse drug events.
• Perform routine quality assurance on equipment.
• Perform clerical duties as needed.

Registered radiologic technologist experience
