ChristianaCare's Union Hospital Imaging Department is seeking a Casual CT Technologist for the Cecil Campus. The role involves performing CT scans for in-patients and outpatients under the radiologist's direction, with additional imaging duties as skills permit.

Requirements include ARRT CT registry, Maryland licensure, and an Associate degree in Radiologic Technology (preferred). The position offers benefits and a competitive hourly pay range, with posted rate of $38.22–$61.16 per hour.

Qualifications

• Completion of ARRT registry is required.
• ARRT CT registry required.
• Maryland state licensure required; associates degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operates CT scanners and performs CT imaging procedures.
• Ensures proper patient positioning and safety protocols.
• Verifies insurance pre-authorizations as per department guidelines.
• Assists in teaching students and new staff.
• Administers contrast media under physician supervision.
• Maintains safety and radiation protection standards.
