Job summary

Memorial Hermann is seeking a CT Technologist to perform computed tomography scans and create high-quality cross-sectional images for physician diagnosis.

The role requires graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technology program, Texas MRT license, ARRT-CT or NMTCB CT certification, and BLS/ACLS as applicable. One year CT experience preferred; ability to lift and assist patients as needed.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology.
• Licenses/Certifications: Texas MRT license required; ARRT-CT or NMTCB CT certification; BLS/ACLS as applicable.
• Experience: Minimum one year CT Technologist experience or two years radiology with CT exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs CT scans: prep, explain procedure, administer contrast when needed, position patients.
• Ensures image quality and selects appropriate imaging techniques.
• Enter and monitor patient data; perform quality assurance on CT equipment.
