Job summary

The Medical University of South Carolina is seeking a CT Technologist to perform high-quality CT examinations on modern imaging systems, including photon counting CT, with a weekend schedule (Fri–Sun, 7:00 AM–7:30 PM) and a sign-on bonus of $10,000 plus relocation assistance up to $5,000.

Responsibilities include operating CT equipment, ensuring patient safety, and collaborating with radiologists and care teams to deliver accurate results.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of radiologic technology.
• 0 to 2 years modality-specific work experience, at least 1 year of X-Ray experience.
• ARRT Registration (R) required; CT Registration within 1 year.
• SC licensure required.
• Current BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Utilize CT imaging resources to perform high-quality CT examinations.
• Provide imaging services across age groups from neonates to geriatrics.
• Ensure accurate and efficient imaging for physician interpretation.
• Maintain image quality and follow CT protocols.
• Deliver compassionate patient care while ensuring safety.
• Operate CT equipment safely in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare teams to support diagnosis and treatment.
