Job summary

Qualifications

• Must maintain required continuing education hours necessary to renew license/certification.
• California Radiologic Technologist license required at hire.
• BLS - American Heart Association required at hire.
• ARRT Radiography certification required at hire.
• Within 1 year of hire: ARRT CT certification.
• Minimum 2 years hospital Radiology experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of CT procedures according to department protocols and hospital standards.
• Adhere to proper radiation safety practices during CT imaging.
• Assist Radiologist and referring physicians as needed.
• Collaborate with radiology colleagues and scheduling/office staff.
