Job summary

Providence is seeking a CT Technologist for CT SCAN at St. Jude Medical Center. This per diem role involves 10-hour variable shifts and requires performing a range of CT procedures with strict radiation safety and adherence to hospital policies to support diagnostic imaging across age groups.

The role collaborates with radiologists, other modalities, and scheduling teams to ensure seamless patient care; ongoing education and certification maintenance is expected to meet department requirements.

Qualifications

• California Radiologic Technologist license is required on hire.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association required on hire.
• ARRT Radiography certification on hire.
• Within 1 year of hire: ARRT Computed Tomography.
• Preferred: Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of CT procedures with proper radiation safety practices.
• Follow department protocols and hospital policies in all CT procedures.
• Assist Radiologist and referring physicians during CT procedures as needed.
• Coordinate with scheduling and referring physician offices as liaison.
