Job summary

Wellstar Health System is seeking a Radiologic Technologist for the CT/ radiology department in Georgia. The role requires dependable, compassionate care, patient safety and high-quality imaging.

You will operate CT and radiography equipment, verify orders, position patients and ensure proper documentation. The ideal candidate has ARRT Radiography certification, CT experience preferred, and at least 1 year in radiology.

Qualifications

• Accredited Radiologic Technology program required.
• ARRT Radiography certification required; CT certification preferred.
• Minimum 1 year radiology experience required.
• CT experience preferred.
• All certifications required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Verifies orders and patient identity prior to procedures.
• Prepares and positions patients for CT and radiography exams.
• Operates CT and radiology equipment with attention to dose and safety.
• Communicates with patients and team to ensure smooth exams.
• Maintains documentation and follows department protocol.
