Job summary

Methodist Hospital is seeking a CT Technologist to join our Radiology team. You will perform CT imaging, ensure patient safety, and support anesthesia and surgical colleagues as needed.

The role requires maintaining quality imaging and active participation in safety and dosage control. Responsibilities include operating the CT suite, coordinating with Meditech for scheduling and documentation, and contributing to continuous staff education.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates competency in CT imaging, positioning, prep and tech factors.
• Provides patient care across Neonate to Geriatric populations.
• Follows safety policies and dose monitoring as required.
• Maintains CT room cleanliness and inventories, restocks supplies.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT equipment and related devices, ensuring patient safety.
• Schedule exams and track images in Meditech system.
• Collaborate with radiology team and other departments.
• Assist in training new staff and students as needed.
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and protocols.
