Job summary

Prime Healthcare's Saint Joseph Medical Center in Joliet seeks a CT Technologist to join the Imaging department. This part-time, variable-shift role supports Radiologists by acquiring high-quality CT images and ensuring accurate processing and transmission to PACS.

Qualifications

• One year acute radiology experience preferred.
• Knowledge of mobile and stationary radiographic/fluoroscopic equipment required.
• Extensive knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology required.
• Radiology/CT license and fluoroscopy permit as required by State.
• ARRT-CT Certification required.
• Must possess and maintain BCLS (AHA) upon hire.
• Proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities

• The CT Technologist works with a Radiologist to provide quality CT images and supports diagnostic procedures.
• Responsible for processing and transmitting images to PACS.
