Job summary

Resurrection Medical Center near Chicago is seeking a CT Technologist to perform high-quality CT imaging procedures in a fast-paced acute care environment. You will support diagnostic and therapeutic care while collaborating with radiologists and multidisciplinary teams.

The role emphasizes patient safety, image quality, and adherence to protocols with a part-time schedule offering work-life balance in a busy radiology department.

Qualifications

• 1 year of acute, clinical radiology experience preferred.
• Knowledge of mobile and stationary Radiographic / Fluoroscopic equipment required.
• Extensive knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology required.
• Radiology/CT license and fluoroscopy permit as required by State.
• ARRT-CT Certification required.
• Must possess and maintain BCLS (AHA) upon hire.
• Proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT scans in accordance with physician orders and protocols.
• Produce high-quality diagnostic images while ensuring patient safety.
• Prepare and position patients; administer contrast as appropriate.
• Process and transmit images to PACS.
• Collaborate with Radiologists and clinical teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and regulatory compliance.
