Job summary

MedStar Radiology Network in Chevy Chase, MD is seeking an experienced CT technologist for a part-time flex position at our outpatient imaging center. The CT tech will perform computed tomography procedures safely and efficiently under the Radiology Medical Director’s guidance.

You will work three days per week, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits. ARRT certification required, Associates degree in Radiology, and CT advanced registry upon hire.

Qualifications

• Up to 5 years experience as a CT Technologist.
• Associates degree in Radiology or graduate of an accredited two-year radiology program.
• ARRT registration in Radiography; CT advanced registration required upon hire.
• Ability to operate CT equipment and apply ALARA principles.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT procedures and generate diagnostic images.
• Ensure safety and compliance with guidelines and regulations.
• Document orders and patient information accurately in the chart.
• Position patients and select CT factors to optimize image quality.
• Educate patients and participate in quality assurance activities.
