Job summary

MedStar Radiology Network in Chevy Chase, MD, seeks an experienced CT Technologist for a full-time role at our outpatient imaging center. The position offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Under the supervision of the Radiology Medical Director, you will perform CT procedures, ensure ALARA practices, verify orders, position patients, and participate in QA activities while delivering compassionate patient care in a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Radiologic Technology or equivalent two-year program.
• ARRT registration in Radiography with CT advanced registration required.
• State licensure must be met.
• Up to 5 years CT Technologist experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive, relay, and document orders in patient records.
• Position patient and perform CT procedures per protocol.
• Apply ALARA principles to minimize exposure.
• Provide patient education and QA activities.
• Assist with interventional CT procedures as needed.
