Job summary

Baptist Health in St. Augustine, FL is seeking a CT Technologist to join our CT Scan Department. This part-time days position runs 6:30am-7:00pm with on-call and holiday rotation.

Responsibilities include performing high-quality CT procedures, preparing patients, monitoring vitals, operating CT equipment, and collaborating with radiologists to ensure accurate imaging while following safety standards. ARDMS/ARRT (CT) certification must be obtained within 18 months of hire.

Qualifications

• 1-2 Years Radiology Technologist Experience
• Customer Service Experience
• Experience Working in a Hospital Setting
• Must pass ARDMS or ARRT (CT) certification within 18 months of hire

Responsibilities

• Perform high quality CT procedures per protocols and guidelines.
• Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures.
• Monitor patient vital signs and comfort during exams.
• Operate CT equipment and ensure proper maintenance.
• Collaborate with radiologists to provide optimal imaging results.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of procedures.
• Adhere to safety protocols and radiation safety standards.
• Educate patients on the CT process and answer questions.
