LiveWell Homecare Agency is seeking a CT technologist to perform advanced CT procedures and acquire diagnostic images supporting physicians in diagnosis and treatment.

The role involves operating CT scanners, power injectors, and computer systems across multiple locations while upholding safety guidelines and dose management. Requires graduation from a specialty training program and proficiency in various CT systems.

Responsibilities

• Performs advanced CT procedures to acquire diagnostic images and support physicians in diagnosis and treatment.
• Operates CT scanners, power injectors, and computer systems across locations with adherence to safety protocols.
• Maintains knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and clinical histories to select appropriate CT protocols for thoracic, abdominal, pelvic, neuro, and musculoskeletal regions.
• Prepares and positions patients to ensure safety and high-quality images; conducts CT interventional and advanced CTA procedures such as TAVR and EVAR.
• Applies pharmacology and physics principles to optimize image quality and minimize patient dose; interprets technical factors to enhance scan efficiency and safety.

Prepares and positions patients, ensuring safety and image quality, and performs CT interventional and advanced CTA procedures such as TAVR and EVAR.
Possesses strong understanding of pharmacology and physics to optimize scan quality and minimize patient dose.
Interprets technical factors to enhance scan efficiency and quality, complying with all policies and ensuring patient safety.
Requires graduation from a specialty training program and the ability to operate different CT systems effectively.
