Job summary

Holy Cross Hospital in Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking a CT Technologist to operate CT scanners and produce diagnostic images in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.

The role requires Florida CRT Radiology license and ARRT certifications, with CT certification preferred. You will apply sterile technique, manage contrast media, and work with PACS/RIS systems while delivering excellent patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Radiology Technologist program is required.
• Experience as a CT Technologist is preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills are required.
• Ability to prioritize work under stressful situations is required.

Responsibilities

• Operates CT scanners and creates cross-sectional images per exam protocols.
• Uses PACS and RIS per manufacturer guidelines.
• Maintains sterile technique and follows infection control guidelines.
• Interacts professionally with patients and staff.
• Draws up contrast media and records administration accurately.
• Administers contrast under physician direction and monitors for reactions.
