Job summary

Mercy seeks a CT Technologist to provide diagnostic CT scans for radiologists and physicians, while assisting in interventional procedures and ensuring patient care. The role requires on-call availability and adherence to radiation safety principles.

Candidates should be able to organize daily schedules and serve as a reliable CT team resource on shift. Education must include an accredited Radiography program, with ARRT certification or eligibility expected within six months.

Qualifications

• Education: Successful completion of an accredited Radiography program.
• Licensure: State licensure may be required depending on the specific state of practice.
• Experience: 1+ years of relevant experience OR graduate of Bachelor's degree program.
• Certifications: ARRT registered or registry eligible upon hire, and ARRT achieved within six months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic CT scans for interpretation by radiologist and/or performing physician.
• Assist radiologist in the performance of interventional CT procedures and provide patient care.
• On-call availability as needed.
• Organize the daily CT schedule and be a dedicated resource to the CT team on shift.
