Additional Information About the Role

At Barnes Jewish Hospital, you will have the opportunity to work with some of the most advanced technology available in the market! This position will rotate at our new Plaza West Tower, scheduled to open in Oct 2025, which includes a fleet of the world's first proton-counting CT scanners. New grads, upcoming grads, and experienced Radiology/CT Technologists are welcome to apply.

*** Willing to train an already licensed Technologist in CT! Acceptable licenses and certifications are listed below.***

Position Details

• REQUIRED: License or certification in one of the following: RTR, CT, MR, M, BD, CI, VI, RCIS, RCES
• Schedule: Mon-Thu, Nights 8:30 pm - 7:00 am
• No Call!!
• Night Shift Differential
• 5% Differential on top of base rate for CT certification
• Relocation Bonus Eligibility

Preferred Qualifications

Role Purpose: Performs diagnostic imaging procedures in advanced modalities (such as CT, MRI, Interventional, Mammography, Bone Density, Cardiac Catheterization) on adults and/or pediatric patients for diagnosis and treatment, including quality control.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients and equipment for procedures.
• Performs studies independently, including on-call situations, portable exams, and other sites as required.

Education

• Associate degree or equivalent from trade school

Experience

Supervisor Experience

• No experience required

Licenses & Certifications

• IEMA - Illinois only, excluding MRI
• RTR, CT, MR, M, BD, CI, VI, RCIS, RCES

Preferred Requirements

• <2 years of experience
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation
• Intravenous Therapy
