Job summary

Ogden Regional Medical Center is seeking a passionate CT Technologist for night shifts (6pm-6am) to assist our friendly radiologists with various procedures. This role is ideal for someone who values patient care at the forefront of their career.

Qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• (ARRT-CT) Computed Tomography certification obtained within 1 year of employment start date.
• (ARRT-R) Radiography or (RT) Radiologic Technologist/Radiographer.

Responsibilities

• Administer both oral and IV contrast; evaluate patients for any allergic reactions.
• Load and operate MedRad power injector.
• Operate and understand CT scanning equipment; practice ALARA standards.
• Assist interventional radiologists with procedures.
• Maintain a clean work environment and stock the department with supplies.
• Move, lift, and assist patients onto and off the scanner table.

• Administer both oral and IV contrast; evaluate patients for any allergic reactions; place correct IV for the exam being performed.
• Load and operate MedRad power injector.
• Operate and understand CT scanning equipment; practice ALARA standards; understand physician protocols and scan appropriately.
• Assist interventional radiologists with procedures.
• Maintain a clean work environment and stock the department with supplies and linens.
• Move, lift, and assist patients onto and off the scanner table.

Qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• (ARRT-CT) Computed Tomography certification obtained within 1 year of employment start date.
• (ARRT-R) Radiography or (RT) Radiologic Technologist/Radiographer.
