Job summary

Saint Clare's Health in New Jersey is seeking a CT Technologist. New graduates are encouraged to apply. The role is full-time, night shift, with a pay range of $41.00 to $55.00 per hour and a $15,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.

You will perform diagnostic CT exams, prepare and position patients, acquire high-quality images, and collaborate with radiologists and the healthcare team while following ALARA and HIPAA guidelines.

Qualifications

• One year of acute, clinical radiology experience preferred.
• Knowledge of mobile and stationary Radiographic / Fluoroscopic equipment required.
• Extensive knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology required.
• Graduate of ARRT-accredited program.
• Radiology license and fluoroscopy permit as required by State.
• CT ARRT Certification required.
• Must maintain BCLS (AHA) upon hire.
• Proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic CT examinations using established imaging protocols.
• Prepare, position, and educate patients for CT procedures.
• Produce high-quality diagnostic images while following ALARA radiation safety principles.
• Verify patient identity, review physician orders, and obtain relevant clinical history.
• Process and transmit images through PACS and document procedures in the electronic medical record.
• Collaborate with Radiologists, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to support timely diagnosis and treatment.
• Maintain CT equipment and a safe, compliant imaging environment.
• Adhere to HIPAA, infection prevention, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
