Job summary

Qualifications

• Certificate/Diploma in medical imaging required.
• Associate's degree preferred.
• ARRT or NMTCB Registry required.
• Massachusetts license required.
• Advanced CT registry within one year.
• BLS within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Operates CT scanners following physician orders and produces detailed scans for diagnostic information.
• Performs a variety of patient care tasks and assists patients onto scanner; verifies identification and enters information.
• Ensures files are archived to RELAY/PACS and RIS and maintains proper records.
• Adheres to departmental and hospital policies and stays current with outpatient CT procedures/policies.

Education

Certificate/Diploma in medical imaging

Associate's degree preferred

Massachusetts license

ARRT or NMTCB Registry

Advanced CT registry within 1 year

BLS within 90 days of hire
