Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a CT Technologist to perform CT scans under physician orders with emphasis on patient safety and image quality. The role requires ARRT/NMTCB registry, MA license, and an advanced CT credential within a year.

The position offers a $20,000 sign-on bonus, a 36-hour workweek, and a 2-weeknight + alternating weekend schedule. New hires receive benefits from day one, with MBTA discounts and parking benefits.

Qualifications

• Certificate/Diploma in medical imaging is required.
• Associate's degree preferred.
• ARRT or NMTCB Registry is required.
• Massachusetts license is required.
• Advanced CT registry within one year is required.
• BLS within 90 days of hire is required.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT scanners under manager direction following physician orders.
• Acquire, process, and archive CT images; verify patient identification and requisitions.
• Enter patient data into RIS and ensure images/N records are properly transmitted to PACS/RELAY.
• Maintain CT room and equipment in proper condition and comply with department policies.
• Explain exams to patients considering physical, emotional, and language needs; ensure patient understanding.

Education
