Job summary

Mass General Brigham in Boston is seeking a CT Technologist to operate CT scanners according to physician orders, acquire diagnostic images, and ensure patient comfort and safety. You will verify identifications, document in RIS/PACS, and maintain equipment and records in accordance with department policy.

Qualifications

• Certificate/Diploma in medical imaging.
• ARRT or NMTCB Registry required.
• Massachusetts license required.
• Advanced CT registry within one year.
• BLS within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT scanners following physician orders and produce diagnostic images.
• Verify patient identity and document in RIS/PACS.
• Maintain department safety and policies.
• Ensure exams are properly labeled and transmitted to PACS.
• Assist patients and explain procedures.
