Job summary

Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic is seeking a CT Technologist for the Evening/Night shift (10-hour) in Silver Spring, MD. Responsibilities include producing high-quality CT exams, maintaining sterile technique, and supporting the Medical Imaging Department under Radiologist supervision.

Applicants should be a graduate of a JRC/ERT approved Radiologic Technology Program, MD Radiographer license, ARRT (R) CT certification, and CPR certified.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a JRC/ERT approved Radiologic Technology Program.
• Reads, writes, speaks and comprehends English language.
• One-year CT Scan experience preferred.
• Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists ARRT (R).
• Licensed by the State of Maryland as a Radiographer.
• CPR Certified - American Heart Association.
• Registered Computed Tomography (CT) (R) preferred or NMTCB with post primary CT and MD licensure.

Responsibilities

• Produces high quality CT exams with optimum diagnostic quality.
• Maintains sterile technique and safety during procedures.
• Operate imaging equipment under radiologist supervision.
• Protect patient privacy and confidentiality.
• Participate in departmental training and compliance activities.
• Assist in orientation of new staff and coverage on-call duties.
