Job summary

Holy Cross Health in Silver Spring, MD is seeking a CT Technologist for night/evening shifts. This role performs CT exams with precise positioning and careful monitoring of equipment to ensure diagnostic image quality and excellent patient care.

You will operate imaging equipment under Radiologist supervision, participate in team activities, and contribute to ongoing quality improvements while upholding the department's standards and confidentiality policies.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a JRC/ERT approved Radiologic Technology Program.
• Reads, writes, speaks and comprehends English.
• One-year CT experience preferred.
• ARRT (R) certification in CT preferred.
• Maryland Radiographer license required.
• CPR certification - American Heart Association.
• NMTCB with post primary CT and MD licensure considered.

Responsibilities

• Produces high-quality CT exams with images suitable for diagnostic purposes.
• Maintain sterile technique and monitor equipment for proper function.
• Operate imaging equipment under Radiologist supervision.
• Contribute to team/committee activities and quality improvement programs.
• Support the Holy Cross Health mission and confidentiality policies.
• Attend departmental staff meetings and assist in orientation of new staff.
