Baptist Health is seeking an Internal Traveler CT Technologist for its Float Pool at Baptist Medical Center Jacksonville. This 12-week contract offers premium pay and potential renewal up to two additional contracts, with a PRN Day shift across multiple Baptist Health campuses.

The role supports the Float Team, performing CT procedures, ensuring safety and quality, and coordinating across campuses to meet staffing needs while delivering compassionate patient care.

Formación

• 2-3 years of CT experience required or equivalent.
• Experience working in a CT/Cat Scan Department.
• Hospital-based imaging experience.
• Strong customer service and patient-care experience.
• Ability and willingness to work across multiple Baptist Health campuses.

Responsabilidades

Baptist Health is looking to add an Internal Traveler CT Technologist to our Float Pool at Baptist Medical Center Jacksonville!

This position is part of our internal traveler program which is a 12-week contract with premium pay. This position is eligible to renew their contract after 12 weeks for up to two contracts in total. This is a PRN Day shift opportunity supporting multiple Baptist Health campuses.

The Float Internal Traveler CT Technologist will be part of Baptist Health's dynamic Float Team, providing critical imaging support across the system. This role is ideal for an experienced CT Technologist who enjoys variety, flexibility, and the opportunity to work with different teams and patient populations. Candidates must be comfortable working at up to three Baptist Health campuses based on staffing and departmental needs.

As a Float Internal Traveler CT Technologist, you will be eligible for:

Market Bonus : An additional biweekly bonus

Sign-On Bonus: Up to $12,000 sign-on bonus with a one-year commitment for eligible CT Technologists

Float Internal Traveler CT Technologist Responsibilities:

• Performing high-quality CT procedures in accordance with established protocols and safety standards
• Providing imaging support across up to three Baptist Health campuses based on operational needs
• Promoting goodwill among coworkers and other departments while maintaining a positive, professional, and comforting demeanor with patients
• Maintaining compliance with all mandatory education, credentialing, and health requirements.
• Identifying, preparing, administering, and documenting medications as prescribed by a licensed practitioner and in accordance with state and federal regulations and institutional policies
• Adapting to different departments, workflows, and teams while providing consistent, high-quality patient care

Experience Requirements:

• 2-3 years of CT Experience Required
• Experience working in a CT/Cat Scan Department
• Hospital-based Imaging Experience
• Strong customer service and patient-care Experience
• Ability and willingness to work across multiple Baptist Health campuses

Education & Credential Requirements:

• Vocational School
• Registered Technologist in Radiography ARRT (R) Required
• Registered Technologist in Computer Tomography ARRT (CT) Required
• Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) Required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
