Baptist Health in Jacksonville is seeking a Float Internal Traveler CT Technologist to join our Imaging team on a 12-week contract with potential renewals. You will support multiple campuses with high-quality CT imaging and ensure safety and protocol adherence.

Ideal candidates have CT experience, ARRT CT, ARRT Radiography, CRT, and BLS credentials, plus strong customer service skills and flexibility to work across Baptist Health campuses.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of CT experience required.
• Experience in a CT/Cat Scan department.
• Hospital-based imaging experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and patient-care experience.
• Ability and willingness to work across multiple Baptist Health campuses.

Responsabilités

• Perform high-quality CT procedures per established protocols and safety standards.
• Provide imaging support across up to three Baptist Health campuses based on needs.
• Promote goodwill and maintain a positive, professional demeanor with patients.
• Maintain compliance with mandatory education, credentialing, and health requirements.
• Identify, prepare, and document medications as prescribed by a licensed practitioner.
• Adapt to different departments and workflows while delivering consistent patient care.

Baptist Health is looking to add an Internal Traveler CT Technologist to our Float Pool at Baptist Medical Center Jacksonville! This position is part of our internal traveler program which is a 12-week contract with premium pay. This position is eligible to renew their contract after 12 weeks for up to two contracts in total. This is a Full-Time, Day Shift opportunity supporting multiple Baptist Health campuses. The Float Internal Traveler CT Technologist will be part of Baptist Health’s dynamic Float Team, providing critical imaging support across the system. This role is ideal for an experienced CT Technologist who enjoys variety, flexibility, and the opportunity to work with different teams and patient populations. Candidates must be comfortable working at up to three Baptist Health campuses based on staffing and departmental needs.

Float Internal Traveler CT Technologist Responsibilities

• Performing high-quality CT procedures in accordance with established protocols and safety standards
• Providing imaging support across up to three Baptist Health campuses based on operational needs
• Promoting goodwill among coworkers and other departments while maintaining a positive, professional, and comforting demeanor with patients
• Maintaining compliance with all mandatory education, credentialing, and health requirements.
• Identifying, preparing, administering, and documenting medications as prescribed by a licensed practitioner and in accordance with state and federal regulations and institutional policies
• Adapting to different departments, workflows, and teams while providing consistent, high-quality patient care

Benefits and Compensation

• Market Bonus: An additional biweekly bonus
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $12,000 sign-on bonus with a one-year commitment for eligible CT Technologists

Experience Requirements

• 2-3 years of CT Experience Required
• Experience working in a CT/Cat Scan Department
• Hospital-based Imaging Experience
• Strong customer service and patient-care Experience
• Ability and willingness to work across multiple Baptist Health campuses

Education & Credential Requirements

• Vocational School Registered Technologist in Radiography ARRT (R) Required
