Job summary

Baptist Health seeks a Flex Internal Traveler CT Technologist to join our Float Team across Baptist Health campuses in Jacksonville. This Full-Time, Day Shift role offers variety and exposure to CT procedures across multiple sites.

Candidates should have 2–3 years CT experience, hospital imaging background, strong patient care, and be willing to work across campuses. Sign-on and market bonuses apply.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of CT experience required.
• Experience in a CT/Cat Scan department.
• Hospital-based imaging experience.
• Strong customer service and patient-care experience.
• Willingness to work across multiple Baptist Health campuses.

Responsibilities

• Performing high-quality CT procedures in accordance with established protocols and safety standards.
• Providing imaging support across up to three Baptist Health campuses based on operational needs.
• Promoting goodwill among coworkers and other departments while maintaining a positive, professional, and comforting demeanor with patients.
• Maintaining compliance with all mandatory education, credentialing, and health requirements.
• Identifying, preparing, administering, and documenting medications as prescribed by a licensed practitioner and in accordance with state and federal regulations and institutional policies.
• Adapting to different departments, workflows, and teams while providing consistent, high-quality patient care.

Flex Internal Traveler CT Technologist

Baptist Health is looking to add a Flex Internal Traveler CT Technologist to our Float Team at Baptist Medical Center Jacksonville! This is a Full-Time, Day Shift opportunity supporting multiple Baptist Health campuses. The Flex Internal Traveler CT Technologist will be part of Baptist Health’s dynamic Float Team, providing critical imaging support across the system. This role is ideal for an experienced CT Technologist who enjoys variety, flexibility, and the opportunity to work with different teams and patient populations. Candidates must be comfortable working at up to three Baptist Health campuses based on staffing and departmental needs.

• Market Bonus: An additional biweekly bonus
• Sign-On Bonus: A $12,000 sign-on bonus with a one-year commitment for eligible CT Technologists upon conversion to Full-Time

Experience Required

• 2–3 years of CT experience required
• Experience working in a CT/Cat Scan department
• Hospital-based imaging experience
