Baptist Health is seeking a Flex Internal Traveler CT Technologist for Baptist Medical Center Jacksonville. This full-time, day-shift role supports multiple Baptist Health campuses and offers a market bonus and a $12,000 sign-on bonus upon conversion to full-time.

The CT Technologist will provide high-quality CT imaging across campuses, adapt to different departments, and ensure patient-centered care with strict safety and credentialing compliance.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of CT experience required.
• Experience working in a CT/Cat Scan department.
• Hospital-based imaging experience.
• Strong customer service and patient-care experience.
• Ability and willingness to work across multiple Baptist Health campuses.
• Level II Background screening is required (FDLE and FBI checks).

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality CT procedures in accordance with established protocols and safety standards.
• Provide imaging support across up to three Baptist Health campuses based on staffing needs.
• Maintain a positive, professional, and comforting demeanor with patients.
• Maintain compliance with mandatory education, credentialing, and health requirements.
• Identify, prepare, administer, and document medications as prescribed by a licensed practitioner.

Baptist Health is looking to add a Flex Internal Traveler CT Technologist to our Float Team at Baptist Medical Center Jacksonville! This is a Full-Time, Day Shift opportunity supporting multiple Baptist Health campuses.

The Flex Internal Traveler CT Technologist will be part of Baptist Health’s dynamic Float Team, providing critical imaging support across the system. This role is ideal for an experienced CT Technologist who enjoys variety, flexibility, and the opportunity to work with different teams and patient populations. Candidates must be comfortable working at up to three Baptist Health campuses based on staffing and departmental needs.

As a Flex Internal Traveler CT Technologist, you will be eligible for:

Market Bonus: An additional biweekly bonus

Sign-On Bonus: A $12,000 sign-on bonus with a one-year commitment for eligible CT Technologists upon conversion to Full-Time

The Flex Internal Traveler CT Technologist will be responsible for:

Performing high-quality CT procedures in accordance with established protocols and safety standards.

Providing imaging support across up to three Baptist Health campuses based on operational needs.

Promoting goodwill among coworkers and other departments while maintaining a positive, professional, and comforting demeanor with patients.

Maintaining compliance with all mandatory education, credentialing, and health requirements.

Identifying, preparing, administering, and documenting medications as prescribed by a licensed practitioner and in accordance with state and federal regulations and institutional policies.

Adapting to different departments, workflows, and teams while providing consistent, high-quality patient care.

Experience Required:

2–3 years of CT experience required

Experience working in a CT/Cat Scan department

Hospital-based imaging experience

Strong customer service and patient-care experience

Ability and willingness to work across multiple Baptist Health campuses
