Job summary

Baptist Health in Downtown - Main Building is seeking a Flex Internal Traveler CT Technologist to join the Float Team at Baptist Medical Center Jacksonville. This full-time night position supports multiple Baptist Health campuses as needed.

The role offers a $12,000 sign-on bonus with a one-year commitment for eligible CT Technologists and a market biweekly bonus for performance. You will perform CT procedures and travel across campuses ensuring high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of CT experience.
• Experience working in a CT/Cat Scan department.
• Hospital-based imaging experience.
• Strong customer service and patient-care experience.
• Ability and willingness to work across multiple Baptist Health campuses.

Responsibilities

• Performing high-quality CT procedures in accordance with established protocols and safety standards.
• Providing imaging support across up to three Baptist Health campuses based on operational needs.
• Promoting goodwill among coworkers and other departments while maintaining a positive, professional, and comforting demeanor with patients.
• Maintaining compliance with all mandatory education, credentialing, and health requirements.
• Identifying, preparing, administering, and documenting medications as prescribed by a licensed practitioner and in accordance with state and federal regulations and institutional policies.
• Adapting to different departments, workflows, and teams while providing consistent, high-quality patient care.

This is a Full-Time, Nights opportunity supporting multiple Baptist Health campuses.

As a Flex Internal Traveler CT Technologist, you will be eligible for:

• Market Bonus: An additional biweekly bonus
