Job summary

Yale New Haven Health is seeking a CT Technologist to perform high-quality CT examinations under the supervision of Radiology leadership. This role combines technical proficiency, patient care, and teamwork to deliver exceptional imaging services and patient experience.

Qualified candidates will have AMA-approved Radiologic Technology credentials, 1–3 years CT experience, ARRT RT(R) certification, and CT licensure in Connecticut. Sign-on and comprehensive benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA-approved Radiologic Technology program.
• Associate degree preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–3 years CT experience with routine imaging techniques.
• ARRT RT(R) certification required; CT certification or 20 years CT experience; CT license required.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to High Reliability Organization (HRO) standards and maintain imaging accuracy.
• Independently perform CT examinations using appropriate imaging protocols.
• Operate CT scanners safely with dose-appropriate protocols.
• Perform daily equipment warm-ups, calibrations, and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with scheduling, billing, physicians, nurses on exam-related communications.
