Job summary

Wellstar Health System in Georgia is seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist specializing in CT to join our imaging team. You will prepare patients, set up and operate CT equipment, position patients, and acquire high-quality diagnostic images while following safety protocols and physician instructions.

Required ARRT-CT and ARRT-R certifications, BLS, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a busy hospital environment.

Qualifications

• Accredited Radiologic Technology program completed.
• ARRT-R and ARRT-CT certifications required on hire.
• BLS certification required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT equipment to capture diagnostic images with quality and safety.
• Verify orders, prepare patients, and position for exams.
• Assist with contrast administration and monitor for adverse events.
• Maintain equipment readiness and document procedures in RIS/PACS.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, patients, and staff.
