Job summary

Heart Hospital of Austin is seeking a CT Technologist to perform CT scans and radiographs according to ARRT, ACR and Texas Medical Board standards to support diagnosis and treatment.

You will verify orders, follow exam protocols, administer contrast using proper technique, enter charges in the RIS, monitor patient safety, and coordinate patient flow to keep exams efficient. Join a team known for cardiovascular excellence and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be ARRT registered in Radiology and CT.
• Texas MRT licensure or eligible to obtain.
• BLS certified with ongoing validity.
• One year CT Tech experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT scans and radiographs following established protocols.
• Verify orders match requisitions prior to exams.
• Administer contrast material using proper technique.
• Enter charges and review accuracy in the RIS.
• Coordinate patient flow and document clinical history for radiologist review.
