Job Details

• Hours: 40 hours weekly
• Location: Main Campus, rotate to Saints Campus as needed

Role Overview

This role involves performing CT scans to aid in diagnosis and treatment, utilizing advanced imaging techniques, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met. It requires a senior level technologist with extensive experience and the ability to lead and train others.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associate degree in Radiology or related field
• Radiologic Technologist Certification (ARRT)
• CT Certification (ARRT) or (NMTCB)
• Radiologic Technologist state license eligible
• Four (4) years of CT Technologist experience
• Basic Life Support Certification

Preferred Qualifications:

• X-Ray experience

Responsibilities

• Perform CT scans independently following protocols
• Verify patient and procedure details
• Provide clear instructions to patients
• Ensure safety and proper imaging procedures
• Administer IV contrast as needed
• Maintain equipment and supplies
• Train and educate staff and students

Physical & Skills Requirements

• Frequent standing, walking, lifting 30-35 lbs
• Manual dexterity and visual acuity
• Knowledge of radiologic procedures and safety protocols
• Excellent communication and organization skills
