Lehigh Valley Hospital, Inc. is seeking a CT/Diagnostic Technologist II for the night shift in Radiology at Lehigh Valley Hospital - Schuylkill in Pottsville, PA.

You will perform diagnostic CT and radiologic imaging under physician direction while maintaining strict safety and quality standards. Required: Technical School Diploma or Radiography program graduation, 1 year as Radiologic Technologist and 1 year as CT technologist, PA-ARRT, BLS, and ability to handle high-acuity cases.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited Radiography program or equivalent.
• 1 year experience as Radiologic Technologist and 1 year as CT technologist.
• Ability to provide proper patient care for radiologic procedures.

Responsibilities

• Performs imaging procedures and operates equipment safely.
• Reviews images and ensures radiation safety standards.
• Communicates with patients and explains exams clearly.
• Prepares patients by reviewing charts and history.
• Attends mandatory meetings and assists with training.
