Qualifikationen

• Technical School Diploma or equivalent radiography program completed.
• Less than 1 year experience as Radiologic Technologist.
• Knowledge to perform scans on patients of all ages; adapt protocols.
• Proficient use of CT software and post-procedure processing tools.

Aufgaben

• Operate CT scanners safely and properly; maintain image quality.
• Review patient chart and verify information prior to exam.
• Explain exam to patient and obtain consent; assess history.
• Administer contrast per protocol under radiologist supervision.
• Document exams in EMR and prepare images for radiologist review.
