Job summary

The successful candidate will perform a range of imaging studies, operate CT scanners, and collaborate with radiologists to ensure accurate diagnostics and patient safety during procedures.

Qualifications

• Technical School Diploma or equivalent accredited Radiography program.
• Less than 1 year experience as Radiologic Technologist.
• Knowledge to perform scans on patients of all ages; adapt protocols as needed.
• Proficient with CT software for scanning and post-processing.

Responsibilities

• Perform all imaging procedures and operate CT equipment safely.
• Review chart/script prior to exam; verify information.
• Communicate with patient and explain exams in lay terms.
• Obtain lab results before contrast; administer contrast under supervision.
• Document images and notes in EMR/PACS for radiologist interpretation.
