Job summary

Endeavor Health in Chicago is seeking a CT Technologist II for a full-time role at Swedish Hospital. You will perform CT exams, prepare patients, and ensure timely submission of images to radiologists, while upholding departmental standards.

Required are an accredited Radiology program (certificate/AS), CPR, Advanced CT certification, and 5+ years CT experience preferred. Sign-on bonus of $10,000 is available. Hours are Mon-Fri 11a-7:30p with on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Certification or Associate’s degree in Radiology from an accredited program.
• CPR Certification required; Advanced CT Certification required.
• Previous CT Technologist experience – at least 5 years preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills required.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT exams for use by physicians in diagnosing and treating patient illness and/or injury, in accordance with departmental standards, policies and procedures.
• Prepare patients for exam: obtain and record history, explain procedures, position patients and ensure their comfort
• Complete all paperwork and submit images to a radiologist in a timely manner
• Review CT’s to ensure optimum quality
