Job summary

Endeavor Health in Chicago is seeking a CT Technologist II at Swedish Hospital to perform CT exams, prepare patients, and assist radiologists with timely image submission. The role is full-time on-site with a Monday–Friday 11:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Hourly Pay Range: $35.35 - $54.79 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

• Hours: M-F 11a-730p, no weekends
• On Call: Yes

What you will do

• Perform CT exams for use by physicians in diagnosing and treating patient illness and/or injury, in accordance with departmental standards, policies and procedures
• Prepare patients for exam: obtain and record history, explain procedures, position patients and ensure their comfort
• Complete all paperwork and submit images to a radiologist in a timely manner
• Review CT's to ensure optimum quality

What you will need

• Education: Certification or Associate's degree in Radiology from an accredited program
• Certification: CPRCertification required; Advanced CT Certification required
• Experience: Previous CT Technologist experience - at least 5 years preferred
• Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills required
