Job summary

NorthShore University HealthSystem's Glenbrook Hospital is seeking a CT Technologist II to perform CT exams, prepare patients, and ensure timely image submission to radiologists. The role supports patient care with on-call duties and rotating weekends.

We offer a competitive hourly pay range of 35.35–54.79 USD and a $10,000 sign-on bonus. Requirements include an accredited radiology program (Certification or Associate's degree), CPR, Advanced CT Certification, and five years of CT experience.

Qualifications

• Education: Certification or Associate's degree in Radiology from an accredited program.
• Certification: CPR Certification required; Advanced CT Certification required.
• Experience: Previous CT Technologist experience – at least 5 years preferred.
• Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills required.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT exams for use by physicians in diagnosing and treating patient illness and/or injury, in accordance with departmental standards, policies and procedures.
• Prepare patients for exam: obtain and record history, explain procedures, position patients and ensure their comfort.
• Complete all paperwork and submit images to a radiologist in a timely manner.
• Review CTs to ensure optimum quality.

What you will do
