Job summary

Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, part of Beth Israel Lahey Health, is hiring for a CT Technologist I in Boston, MA. This training role develops competency in CT imaging under supervision, with progression toward independent practice as ARRT certifications are earned.

The position offers a day shift, 40 hours per week, and a pay range of $46.55–$69.17 per hour. A $20,000 sign-on bonus is available for eligible applicants.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Radiologic Technology is required.
• Massachusetts Radiologic Technologist license is required (temporary MA license acceptable for new grads).
• ARRT registration or eligible in Radiography, Nuclear Medicine, or Computed Tomography.
• Must obtain ARRT (R) within 3 months of hire and ARRT (CT) within 12 months.
• 0–1 year related work experience encouraged for new grads.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and positions patients for CT examinations and ensures image quality.
• Enters procedures into system and assists with monitoring scan performance.
• Assists in evaluating scan results under supervision, with guidance as needed.
• Participates in image reconstruction, post-processing, and quality review.
• Supports radiologists and team in routine imaging workflows and patient care.
