Job summary

Geisinger is seeking a CT Technologist I to perform CT procedures and post-processing under Radiologist supervision. The role emphasizes dose data management, protocol adherence, and patient safety across adult and pediatric populations.

Responsibilities include operating CT scanners and injectors, maintaining protocol standards, and assisting with CTA imaging as needed. A $20,000 sign-on bonus is offered for eligible applicants, with a strong benefits package and career development

Qualifications

• Performs CT procedures and post processing under supervision.
• Maintains protocols and dose data monitoring for patient safety.
• Interprets clinical histories to select appropriate CT protocols.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT Scanners and associated computer systems to acquire images.
• Maintain protocols aligned with Image Gently and dose-tracking programs.
• Perform CTA imaging including carotid, head, and body run-offs as required.
• Ensure proper patient preparation, positioning, shielding, and use of technical factors.
