Job summary

University of Vermont Health - UVM Medical Center is seeking a CT Technologist I to perform computed tomography exams under the direction of a Radiologist and CT leadership. The role includes mentoring Radiography students and newer staff, and may require varied shifts, weekends, holidays, and on‑call coverage.

The ideal candidate will have graduation from an accredited radiologic technology program and ARRT/NMTCB certification, with CT board certification targeted within 12 months of hire.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of radiologic technology.
• Certification by ARRT or NMTCB.
• CT board certification within 12 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of CT equipment to perform exams according to established practices under supervision.
• Provide support to Radiography students, new technologists and other hospital personnel as needed.
• May work a variety of shifts, weekends, holidays, and participate in on‑call rotations.
