Job summary

UVM Medical Center in Burlington, VT is seeking a CT Technologist to join a patient-centered radiology team. The CT Technologist performs CT procedures under radiologist supervision, requiring ARRT certification; CT certification preferred and board certification within 12 months of hire. The role offers 8-hour evening shifts (3pm-11pm) with on-the-job CT training and exam reimbursement, and relocation or sign-on bonuses may be available.

Qualifications

• Graduate from CAHEA/JRCT approved Radiologic Technology program.
• ARRT CT certification or NMTCB CT certification.
• CT board certification required within 12 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT procedures under radiologist supervision using ionizing radiation and computer techniques.
• Demonstrate patient- and coworker-centered care at all times.
• Maintain CT equipment and participate in imaging protocol optimization.
