Job summary

Health Here is seeking a CT Technologist I to perform computed tomography and molecular imaging, prepare patients, follow ALARA standards, and support imaging data management. The role includes teaching students and healthcare staff while ensuring compliance with regulations.

The incumbent will employ appropriate imaging protocols, assist with interventional procedures, and contribute to quality assurance within a clinical setting.

Qualifications

• ARRT or NMTCB certification required at hire; new grads must obtain certification before start.
• Advanced certification expected within 24 months after hire date.
• Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Obtain correct orders, identify patients, and prepare them for exams while maintaining confidentiality.
• Utilize imaging protocols and optimize safety and care.
• Prepare and administer medications as prescribed, evaluate image quality, and manage data.
• Assist licensed practitioners with interventional procedures and perform prescribed CT scans.
• Educate staff and monitor student performance.
