Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) in Charleston, SC, seeks a CT Technologist to perform high quality CT examinations under supervision. You will work with imaging services leadership to ensure protocol adherence from neonates to geriatrics, enabling accurate physician interpretation.
Requirements include AMA‑approved radiologic tech schooling, ARRT registration, SC licensure, and 0–2 years of modality experience, with CPR/BLS certification. ACLS preferred.
The Computed Tomography Technologist (CT) reports to the Manager of CT and Director of Imaging Services. Under general supervision, the CT Technologist performs high quality CT examinations in accordance with established protocols on patient populations ranging from neonate through geriatrics for interpretation by a physician. Additional duties as deemed necessary.

Must have satisfactorily completed an AMA approved school of radiological technology and be registered by the American Registry of Radiological Technologists and licensed by SC Radiation Quality Standards Association. One year of experience as a registered Radiological Technologist as well as CT. Certification is required in modality area post radiology certification. Must be CPR certified.
Education: Graduation from an accredited school of radiologic technology.
Work Experience: 0-2 years of modality specific experience.
Registration/Certifications: Must be registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). ARRT CT Registration required within 1 year in position. Licensure from the South Carolina Radiation Quality Standards Association is required. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) required, either a certification from an American Heart Association (AHA) BLS for Healthcare Providers (or AHA recognized equivalent) or an American Red Cross CPR/AED for Professional Rescuer and Healthcare Provider. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
