Job Summary: $15,000 sign-on bonus for eligible applicants!
Schedule: Tuesday - Friday, no weekends.
This posting reflects an opening for a CT Technologist I. We are also considering candidates for higher levels, such as CT Technologist II, based on skills, qualifications, and experience. We encourage all qualified individuals to apply.

Under general supervision of the Radiologist, performs CT procedures to acquire digital images for diagnosis and treatment. Plans and performs CT procedures and post-processing using advanced technology, based on clinical criteria, anatomy, and established protocols. Ensures protocols adhere to guidelines and monitors dose data, notifying users if scans exceed preset levels.

Job Duties:

• Operate CT scanners, power injectors, and computer systems to acquire images for radiologists.
• Maintain knowledge to operate different CT systems at multiple locations.
• Follow protocols based on Image Gently Guidelines, and monitor dose data during scans.
• Understand clinical histories to match protocols; possess knowledge of major organ and vascular systems.
• Obtain CT images according to established protocols, ensuring proper patient preparation, positioning, immobilization, shielding, and technical factors.
• Perform CT interventional procedures and advanced CTA imaging, including TAVR, EVAR, and cardiac imaging.
• Maintain knowledge of pharmacology to ensure lab results are obtained before exams.
• Understand physiology to produce quality scans when ideal conditions are not met.
• Apply physics knowledge to minimize patient dose.
• Interpret technical factors to improve scan quality and speed.
